Ruby Rabbit was a very curious/sweet/helpful little rabbit. She loved/cherished/adored her toys and didn't want to give/share/part with them ever! One day, Ruby was playing with her favorite toy truck when her friend Benny Bunny came over. Benny had a shiny/colorful/pretty butterfly net he wanted to play with, but Ruby wouldn't let/allow/permit him to use it. Benny felt very sad/disappointed/lonely. He went away to play by himself.

Benny was so happy/surprised/excited! He and Ruby played together for a long time, sharing all their toys. From that day on, Ruby learned the importance of sharing/kindness/giving.

Penny Penguin Helps Her Encased Pal

Penny Penguin waddled to the top of the icy cliff. She looked down and yelled in alarm. Her best friend, Wally, was trapped in a pile of snow! He'd tried to jump over the drift but had fallen. Now he couldn't move his wings. Penny knew she had to help. She quickly gathered some rocks and shoveled at the snow, trying to make a path for her friend. It was hard work, but Penny didn't give up. Finally, after much toiling, she freed Wally from his snowy prison! Wally was so thankful that he gave Penny a big peck. They both waddled away, happy to be together again.
